SOURCING PROCESS

From start to finish you can be confident that SI Sourcing International will give you the customer service and attention you deserve.

1) The Product

SI Sourcing International initially seeks details on product type, drawing, material specifications, required amount and quality with target delivery date from the client. Also, any specific logistical requests will be needed during the initial phase.

2) Sourcing

SI Sourcing International goes into the marketplace, contacting Manufacturers and traders to establish production capability, availability, quality and unit price. We also offer the unique capability of comparing prices from sources to our own manufacturing facilities.

3) The Quote

We then provide a product price quote in the format requested with any additional pertinent data that will help you during the process.

4) Prototype

If price and quality parameters are acceptable by the client, SI Sourcing International instructs the manufacturer to produce an appropriate sample prototype for approval. The Prototype is shipped to the client.

5) Production

Once samples are approved, product order is placed with all manufacturing suppliers. SI Sourcing International will continue to monitor the manufacturing of the product to ensure the highest quality possible.

6) Logistics

SI Sourcing International will implement the logistic needs specified during the initial step of the process making sure the product arrives when, where and how it is needed.
